TICKET TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATIONS:

I understand that, once purchased, my tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. My tickets cannot be cancelled/refunded for any reason.

My tickets can be transferred to a different available date and/or time using my ticket management page PRIOR TO 12AM the day of my tickets. The links to my ticket management page can be found in my confirmation email and on the ticket pages.

Tickets become non-transferable at 12AM the day of the tickets.

Tickets are rain or shine. In the event we have to close due to extreme weather, those ticket holders will be issued a full refund.

FIELD CONDUCT:

I understand that I'm responsible for all members of my party and their conduct while visiting the farm. This includes respectful use of the fields by not sitting, standing, or walking in the flower beds, ensuring any of my trash is placed in proper receptacles, and purchasing all flowers picked by members of my party. I understand that any member of my party who chooses to pick or cut a flower is financially responsible for that flower.

I understand that violation of these terms could result in my ticket being revoked, without refund.

ATTENTION
Under Virginia law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
